Nova Salon Policies

We respect all of our clients at Nova Salon and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them feeling their best. By choosing to schedule an appointment with one of our providers you are consenting to our salon policies as well as the provider's individual policies. Need to cancel or reschedule?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, no problem! No questions asked. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 48 hour window, a 50% charge of the service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before you book another appointment. Some of our providers required card on file and your card will be charged.


As for no call/ no shows, a 100% charge of the service missed will be added to your profile and must be paid before booking another appointment. Some of our providers required card on file and your card will be charged. 


Running late? 
Please make sure you arrive on time for each appointment, if not 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or shorten your service so we can stay on time. You will be charged according to the original start time of your agreed upon appointment time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption and other customers.
 

Childcare 
Please find alternate care for children under the age of 12 without a scheduled reservation. 
Also, please note that only service animals are permitted inside the salon.
